How browser cookies support our service
Cookies are small browser records that help a service remember a session, maintain selected preferences and understand how pages function. We use them for defined operational and improvement purposes. Browser controls let players review, block or delete cookies, although changing essential cookies can affect sign-in and account continuity.
Managing cookies
Browser settings
Cookie controls sit in the privacy or site-data area of the browser. Players can review stored data, remove records for a selected service or block categories. The choice applies through the browser and device where it is made.
Safari is the recommended browser for our iOS Progressive Web App and Google Chrome for Android. A player who uses both the mobile shortcut and a desktop browser should manage each browser separately. Deleting cookies can end a remembered session and require a fresh login with the account email and password.
Blocking and deleting
Blocking a cookie prevents the browser from saving the relevant record. Deleting removes a record already stored. These actions are different: a deleted preference may be created again if the category remains allowed, while a blocked category stays blocked until the browser choice changes.
Essential browser storage supports functions needed for account access and secure navigation. Disabling it can interrupt sign-in, email-confirmed account continuity or the movement between account areas. Preference and analytics choices can be adjusted without changing the underlying account rules for deposits, verification, bonuses or withdrawals.
A practical reset
When a saved preference behaves unexpectedly, close the active session, review the browser’s stored data and remove only the relevant service records before signing in again. Keep login credentials confidential and use two-factor authentication where enabled. A cookie reset should never require sending a password or authentication code to support.
Cookie types
Essential cookies
Essential cookies support core navigation, session continuity and security-related functions. They help the browser recognise an active account journey between sign-in and protected areas. Because these records serve an operational purpose, blocking them can reduce or prevent parts of the service from working.
Preference cookies
Preference cookies remember choices that make a later visit more consistent. A browser may retain display or session-related selections so the player does not repeat them on every page. Removing these cookies resets the saved choice but does not alter account information held in the account record.
Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how pages and functions are used in aggregate. We use that information to identify navigation friction and improve page organisation. Analytics records do not replace the account and transaction information used for registration, payments or verification.
Third-party services involved in a browser function can set their own cookies under their policies. Their records remain distinct from the account rules and from any transaction handled through a payment provider.
How we use cookies
Session and security
We use browser records to maintain a session and support consistent movement through account functions. They work alongside, rather than instead of, password protection, recommended two-factor authentication and SSL encryption for transactions.
Preferences and performance
Saved preferences reduce repeated choices, while performance information helps us improve the route through pages and mobile layouts. The Progressive Web App adapts to phones and tablets; browser data can support continuity, but the PWA’s payment minimums and verification rules remain account conditions.
Choice and updates
Players control non-essential categories through browser settings and any preference controls presented by the service. We update this policy when cookie purposes or categories change. The date identifies the current wording so a player can review the active explanation before changing a browser choice.
