How Thorfortune handles personal account information
We use personal information to create and secure accounts, confirm transactions, complete verification, provide support and administer promotions. Account information must be true, complete and current. Privacy requests can be raised through our support routes without publishing an address on the policy itself.
Sharing connected to services
Information is shared only where the relevant account or payment function requires it. This can include:
- Payment providers involved in deposits, withdrawals and ownership checks.
- Verification services used for identity, address or payment-method evidence.
- Service providers supporting secure account operation and communication.
- Authorities or professional advisers where a binding obligation applies.
Each transfer is tied to a purpose. Payment information supports a transaction; verification material supports the account check; a support message enables the team to answer the request.
Changes to the policy
We revise this policy when our information practices or service scope changes. The visible update date identifies the current version. A revised policy applies from its published effective point, allowing players to distinguish the present wording from an earlier account experience.
Security
SSL encryption is used for transaction security, and two-factor authentication is recommended for account access. Players must keep login details private. Our internal handling limits information to the purpose for which it was collected and separates support communication from public content.
No support message should contain a password or two-factor authentication code. Verification material belongs only in the account route requested for that check.
Your data choices
Players can use our support routes to make a focused privacy request. Depending on the request and the information involved, they may ask to:
- Access personal information connected to their account.
- Correct information that is incomplete or no longer current.
- Request deletion where retention is no longer required.
- Restrict or object to a particular use where the right applies.
- Receive an explanation of the purpose attached to a data category.
We may need to confirm the account holder before acting on a request. That check protects the information from disclosure or alteration by another person.
Retention
We keep information for as long as the account purpose, transaction record, dispute handling or applicable obligation requires it. Different categories can therefore follow different retention periods. Once a continuing purpose ends, the information is deleted or made non-identifying under our retention process.
Verification material is not treated as a promotional preference, and a support message is not treated as a payment instruction. Retention follows the function of the information.
How information is used
Registration data creates and maintains the account. Login and security information protects access. Transaction data confirms deposits and withdrawals, including the rule that a payment method belongs to the account holder. Verification information supports the first-withdrawal check, while support messages let our team investigate the event described by the player.
Promotion information connects an eligible account action to the relevant offer and its terms. Usage information supports the operation and improvement of our service without changing the account rules attached to payments, verification or bonuses.
